DESCRIPTION:Strength in Connection Series\nThriving through Stress\, Adversity and Trauma\nNovember 12 – December 10 \n(No class on November 26)  \nWednesday Evenings\n6:00pm – 7:30pm \nYou are invited to a FREE online Strength in Connection parent engagement workshops! \nThis will be 4 parent engagement workshops empowering attendees to listen and learn from one another while providing specific\, meaningful content related to Thriving Through Stress\, Adversity\, and Trauma. This series will support participants’ ability to create\, support and sustain safe\, stable\, nurturing relationships and environments for all children\, especially Black and African- American children\, within and outside formal learning environments. \nStrength in Connection objectives include: \n\n\n\nParticipants have an opportunity to increase knowledge of ACEs and the effects of trauma\nParticipants have an opportunity to gain specific trauma informed and trauma responsive strategies to mitigate the effects of traumatic experiences\nParticipants have multiple opportunities and modalities to share and interact with one another throughout the parent engagement series\n\n\n\nView flyer here  \n\nThank you for your interest in Strength in Connection Sorry\, registration is now closed as we have reached max capacity for this class.
