For many of our kids\, tablets and smartphones have become their lifeline to their friends and to the outside world.  As parents we let them log on\, and before we know it\, screen time becomes way too much screen time\, and then bad habits are formed. By implementing new practices\, we equip our children with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in a world where technology plays an ever-increasing role. A “cold turkey” approach is not recommended.
