The teenage years bring many changes\, not only physically\, but also mentally and socially. During these years\, adolescents increase their ability to think abstractly and eventually make plans and set long-term goals. Each child may progress at a different rate and may have a different view of the world. Teen development can be divided into three stages–early\, middle\, and late adolescence.  Tonight let’s discuss the normal feelings and behaviors of adolescents (and parents) for each stage.  Under-standing the developmental tasks of teens can help parents understand why adolescents act the way they do and how to positively deal with their behaviors. \n— \nEstá invitado a una serie GRATUITA para padres\, en línea\, sobre cómo navegar ser padres de adolescentes durante sus años formativos de adolescencia.
