DESCRIPTION:Early Childhood Education thrives with high quality leaders. Leadership skills may come naturally to some\, but one could easily develop important core leadership skills. This training will explore various leadership roles in ECE settings\, help you identify your personal leadership skills/traits\, and learn the difference between leadership and management. \n  \nIn this training we will: \n\nIdentify the various ways someone can have a leadership role in early childhood settings\nLearn key leadership skills/traits needed in early childhood settings\nDiscuss and discover your leadership style \nUnderstand the difference between leadership and management\, and how each style can benefit from reflective supervision\n\n  \nRegistration ends September 6\, 2023 \nThank you for your interest!
