DESCRIPTION:By starting in early childhood\, we can raise children who are aware and accepting of differences. This training is designed to better prepare early childhood staff and programs to work with children\, families\, and colleagues in an anti-bias manner.   \n  \nIn this training\, we will:  \n\nGain strategies to talk about race and racism with children \nLearn how books can be a helpful tool to initiate and encourage conversations about race \nUtilize time for self-reflection and practice \n\n  \nRegistration ends January 22\, 2024  \n  \nThank you for your interest!
