The Family Child Care CARE Tool was developed to be used by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) when conducting inspections in licensed facilities.  This tool focused in three priority areas: Prevention\, Compliance\, and Enforcement. We will discuss the Family Child Care CARE Tool\, Title 22 Regulations\, and Children’s Personal Rights domain. Children’s Personal Rights is one of the main driven reasons for complaints.
