DESCRIPTION:This curriculum is used to train child care providers who are new to the field or experienced early care and education professionals who are taking the course to refresh their knowledge and keep their certification current. DESCRIPTION:Este entrenamiento ayuda a educadores de la primera infancia en el desarrollo de prácticas antirracistas\, anti-sesgo y de afirmación de la identidad al trabajar con niños pequeños y sus familias. Los participantes explorarán estrategias apropiadas para el desarrollo que les ayuden a hablar sobre la raza y las diferencias y reflexionar sobre sus propias creencias y experiencias. Al comenzar desde la primera infancia\, los educadores pueden crear entornos inclusivos que promuevan el sentido de pertenencia\, el respeto y la equidad para todos los niños. \nMetas para aprender: \nAumentar la comprensión de los educadores sobre las prácticas antirracistas\, anti-sesgo y de afirmación de la identidad\, y cómo estos enfoques apoyan el desarrollo\, el sentido de pertenencia y el aprendizaje de los niños pequeños. \n  \nFortalecer la capacidad de los educadores para utilizar estrategias apropiadas para el desarrollo al conversar con niños pequeños sobre la raza\, la identidad y las diferencias\, de manera respetuosa\, receptiva y en colaboración con las familias. \n  \nApoyar la autorreflexión de los educadores mediante el análisis de sus propias creencias\, experiencias y sesgos\, e identificar acciones concretas para crear entornos de aprendizaje más inclusivos y equitativos. \n\n\n\n  \nLa registración cerrara cuando se complete el cupo o el 23 de febrero de 2026\, o lo que ocurra primero. \nSe enviará un registro de Zoom antes de la reunión. \n  \n¡Gracias por su interés!
