Renee Tucker

Renee Tucker was introduced to 4Cs of Alameda County’s programs and the impact they had on the community and families when her daughter attended the Child Development Center formerly run by 4Cs of Alameda County in Oakland. She saw how much her daughter and classmates benefited from the quality early care and education program they received many years ago. For almost a decade as a board member, Renee has been dedicated to ensuring other parents and children benefit as well for affordable, quality, accessible child care.

When she is not dedicating her time to 4Cs, Renee is a licensed residential mortgage professional with over 29 years of mortgage origination experience and is licensed as a NMLS loan officer in California. Passionate about the need for real grassroots financial literacy education in the community, Renee has also worked on the staff of Operation HOPE from 2012 to early 2015 as a Financial Management counselor. Her approach has always been holistic, striving to empower her clients to make the best decisions they can by providing the knowledge, information, and tools they need.

With her roots in Cleveland, Ohio, Renee has been a resident of Oakland for almost 40 years.  She and her husband have raised 3 daughters and one son.
