Joni grew up in Hatboro-Horsham PA, near Philadelphia and is a die-hard Eagles fan.  She now lives in San Leandro, CA. Joni started her career as an office manager and bookkeeper, then, as a young mother of 4, Joni ran an in-home child care for zero to 5 year-olds and then enjoyed being a teacher in a Christian school for 8 years before the family moved to California. Here she resumed her career in nonprofit management. In addition to 4Cs, Joni worked for Volunteer Center of Napa Valley and for Napa Valley Product Services & Industry group (PSI) as the office manager, HR Rep, and financial assistant at both organizations. Joni’s husband Mike is a Pastor and Director of Services for Zinfi Technologies. She and Mike enjoy spending time with her grown children and young grandchildren. Face-timing with her family, reading books (all genres), walks, fixing up her house and attending church on Sundays. Joni is now a cat-person, after years of being a dog person, Twix is her feline children now. She has a passion for serving the underserved populations of Alameda County and helping people and their families thrive.
