Important information for providers serving families on 4Cs Child Care Payment Programs
ARPA SURVEY FOR CHILD CARE PROVIDERS
The ARPA survey from child care providers has recently been revised to meet federal requirements. All providers who have received or will receive any ARPA Stabilization funds must complete the revised survey, even if they already completed and submitted the previous version. In addition, all providers eligible for reimbursement rate supplements pursuant to Assembly Bill (AB) 179 and Stipends pursuant to Senate Bill (SB) 115 must submit an ARPA survey before payment can be made.

If you are a child care provider who served or are serving children under any of the 4Cs child care payment programs, please submit your ARPA survey confirmation to paymentsvoice@4c-alameda.org as soon as you complete them. As a reminder, all licensed child care providers are required to complete one survey per facility license.
CENTER RATE SUPPLEMENTS
SB 115 Rate Supplements for Licensed Child Care Centers who served children in subsidized voucher programs in October 2021
One-time, lump-sum payments will be issued by late Fall 2022 to licensed child care centers who served children enrolled in voucher-based child care and development programs in October 2021.
Alternative Payment Programs (APPs) shall distribute payments to eligible child care centers after confirming that the updated American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Survey has been completed.

CHILD CARE PROVIDER STIPENDS
AB 179 Stipends for ALL PROVIDERS who served children in subsidized voucher April 2022
One-time stipends will be issued to providers (Child Care Centers, Licensed Family Home, Licensed Exempt Providers) who served children enrolled in state-subsidized child care programs during April 2022. Alternative Payment Programs (APPs) shall distribute payments to eligible child care providers after confirming that the updated American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Survey has been completed.
