Virtual EventConnect with other dads in our Black Fatherhood Series facilitated by Dr. Khalid White, CEO of BLKMPWR, Father, Author & Film Maker. The series consists of 10 virtual sessions, including guest speakers and community resources. We will meet twice weekly (Tuesdays & Thursdays) from May 17 - June 16, 2022 at 6pm-7:30pm. Parent group is for fathers and father figures of children ages 0-8. We will discuss the following topics: Money & Finances, Race & Racism, Jobs & Career, Relationships & Family, Health & Illness, Trials & Tribulations. All participants will receive a $100 gift card and AirPods!

Oakland Back to School Giveaway
4Cs of Alameda County, Oakland Office 8105 Edgewater Drive, Suite 270, Oakland, CA, United StatesThis Back to School Giveaway is located at our Oakland Office. As parents and children prepare for the school year, 4Cs of Alameda County will be giving away backpacks for transitional kindergarteners/kindergarteners and for elementary school students, as well as books and other supplies to support learning and development. Due to limited supply, you must RSVP! Each family is limited to two TK/K backpacks and two elementary school backpacks. Once the spaces are filled, you will be able to register on a waiting list for backpacks that are not picked up.

Virtual EventFree online playgroup facilitated in Spanish with activities to promote early childhood social, physical, and emotional development for children ages 18 months to 4 years, parents, and caregivers. This Hayward event is designed for families in Hayward, Castro Valley, Newark, Union City, and Fremont. Due to limited supply, you must RSVP! Each family is limited to two TK/K backpacks and two elementary school backpacks. Once the spaces are filled, you will be able to register on a waiting list for backpacks that are not picked up.

Both our Hayward and Oakland Back to School Giveaways are full. You must RSVP to be on the WAITLIST. There is a limit of 2 for each type of backpack, therefore, a limit of 4 backpacks total per family. We will contact you if a spot opens.
Play & Learn Virtual Playgroup
Virtual EventAre you a Grandparent, Aunt, Uncle, Family Friend or Neighbor? Join us for a morning of fun, activity, storytime, and movement for children ages 3-5 years and their caregivers* (Grandparent, Aunt, Uncle, Family, Friend, or Neighbor). Participants will receive materials, incentives and might be eligible to receive a stipend. Join us for one or all of the sessions in this 4-week series.
