Resources through Interconnection, Support, and Equity

The RISE program works in support of the 4Cs mission to develop and coordinate resources to strengthen families and children. We welcome our community members, free of charge, to the Family Resource Centers at both our Hayward and Oakland offices. In addition, we offer ongoing programs and special events to provide concrete resources for families.

We are grateful to offer the following:

  • Food
  • Diapers and Wipes
  • Gently-used Clothes
  • Children’s Books and Toys
  • THRIVE Parenting Program
  • Brilliant Baby Enrollment (Oakland families)
  • Special Events such as seasonal and holiday giveaways
