Originally from Los Angeles, Celia has been in the Bay Area since 2005. After several years as a kindergarten teacher in Oakland Unified School District, Celia’s passion for supporting families with young children led her to focus on improving early learning systems and services. She is honored to be a part of the 4Cs leadership team and contribute to 4Cs’ role as a leading agency for providing high quality services in Alameda County. In her free time, Celia likes to explore the Bay Area hiking and biking trails, hang out with her three cats, and laugh at the trials and tribulations of being a new parent.
