Hasieb Lemar is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Royal Ambulance, one of California’s premier mobile healthcare providers, recognized by INC Magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States and by Modern Healthcare as the Best Company to Work For in the US.

A proud alumnus of Cal State Hayward, Hasieb earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in sociology. His roots in Hayward run deep, as he was born and raised in Hayward and continues to reside there with his wife and two daughters. His personal journey as a first-generation Afghan American has profoundly influenced his understanding of the challenges faced by newcomers and underserved families. This background fuels his passion for community service and his dedication to ensuring that organizations like 4Cs of Alameda can provide critical support to families in need.

Hasieb is a devoted father and husband. His wife has been an early childhood educator for the past eight years, and together they raise their two daughters, aged 8 and 4. He has participated in various committees, including Hayward’s very own “Keep Hayward Clean and Green” as a commitment to provide service to others.

Joining the board of 4Cs of Alameda marks Hasieb’s first board of director position, a role he embraces with gratitude and enthusiasm. His personal and professional experiences have instilled in him a profound commitment to service, and he is dedicated to contributing to the Mission and Vision of 4Cs, ensuring the organization continues to thrive and support the community.
