In this training we will:
- Identify the philosophy of your program
- Draft the Parent Guide
- Draft your contract and forms
- Establish policies and procedures on: health, special needs, exclusions, release of the child, privacy, confidentiality and open-door policy
- Policies on regular hours, sick time, vacation, substitute, late pick up
- Institute policies for working with staff members
- Update your contract with tips and vocabulary regarding COVID-19
