As a professional working to provide access to health services for underserved families and community members in the East Bay, and as recent former Commissioner on the Alameda County Human Relations Commission, Njeri is very aware of the need for essential services for families furthest from opportunity. As a mother herself, she understands the critical role child care and supports for parents and providers has in overall well-being and is excited to partner with 4Cs to make a difference in the lives of community members. When she is not dedicating her time to increasing access to important resources for Alameda County families, Njeri enjoys spending time with her family, including her four children and aptly named dog, Lucky.
