Overview of Ages and Stages Questionnaire 

These trainings will help you learn how to use the ASQ:SE-2, a parent completed developmental screening tools, to identify a child’s developmental strengths and needs during the crucial first five years of life. 

Training Objectives: 

• Understand why this simple screening is important for children ages 0-5 years. 

• Become familiar with how to use the ASQ:SE-2, including how to administer, score, interpret and make referral decisions based on the results. 

• Learn to respectfully and effectively communicate with parents about screening and follow up; support parents to complete the ASQ:SE-2
