Early Childhood Education thrives with high quality leaders. Leadership skills may come naturally to some, but one could easily develop important core leadership skills. This training will explore various leadership roles in ECE settings, help you identify your personal leadership skills/traits, and learn the difference between leadership and management.

In this training we will:

• Identify the various ways someone can have a leadership role in early childhood settings
• Learn key leadership skills/traits needed in early childhood settings
• Discuss and discover your leadership style 
• Understand the difference between leadership and management, and how each style can benefit from reflective supervision
