This training will cover: 

• Identifying the philosophy of your program 
• Drafting the Parent Guide 
• Drafting your contract and forms 
• Establishing policies and procedures on: health, special needs, exclusions, release of the child, privacy, confidentiality and open- door policy 
• Policies on schedule (regular hours, sick time, vacation, substitute, late pick up) 
• Updating your contract with tips and vocabulary regarding COVID-19
