(ONLINE) Part 2 – Elevating Dual Language Learners (DLL): Children’s Language, Culture, and Identity Through Meaningful Family Connections 03.28.26

This professional development opportunity is part of a training series that offers an engaging learning opportunity focused on supporting Dual Language Learners.  Participants will explore strategies for honoring home languages, strengthening family partnerships, and integrating children’s cultural and linguistic identities into everyday learning. 

*ALL interested participants are welcome (Participation in Part 1 of the training series is not required).

You will learn:
  • How the use of a child’s home language can boost DLL children’s engagement in learning
  • Concrete and asset-based practices for engaging multilingual families
  • Activity ideas for integrating children’s home languages into everyday learning opportunities
