Over the past couple years I’ve found that doing regular “performance reviews” of myself has helped me make sure I am on track to reach the goals I set at the beginning of the year. By systematically doing a high-level review of my plan AND action steps, I got a clearer picture of what I need to take care of in order to continue to grow. Now is the perfect time to re-examine your goals and make that final push to reach them by the end of the year. Time is your most valuable asset, so plan accordingly and make sure you’re getting the most out of this year!
