4Cs of Alameda County, Garage 22351 City Center Drive, Hayward, CA, United StatesCome shop for a variety of food on the first Thursday of every month from 1pm-3pm at our Hayward Office Garage. We will have dry goods and staples such as beans, rice, peanut butter, canned fruits, and vegetables available for you to take, as well as nutrition information and meal-planning ideas. Due to safety and limited supply pre-registration is required!
Black Fatherhood Series
Virtual EventConnect with other dads in our Black Fatherhood Series facilitated by Dr. Khalid White, CEO of BLKMPWR, Father, Author & Film Maker. The series consists of 6 virtual sessions, including guest speakers and community resources. We will meet twice weekly (Wednesdays & Fridays) from May 1-June 5, 2024 at 6pm-7:30pm. Series is for fathers and father figures who identify as Black with children ages 0-8 and live in Alameda County. We will discuss the following topics: Money & Finances, Race & Racism, Jobs & Career, Relationships & Family, Health & Wellness, Trials & Tribulations. Raffle given every Friday (must be present to win). All participants will receive a $100 gift card at completion of series!

Family, Friend and Neighbor (FFN) Play & Learn Playgroup
4Cs of Alameda County, Hayward Office 22351 City Center Drive, Hayward, CA, United StatesAre you a Grandparent, Aunt, Uncle, Family Friend or Neighbor? Join us for a morning of fun, activity, story time, and movement for children ages 3-5 years and their caregivers* (Grandparent, Aunt, Uncle, Family, Friend, or Neighbor). Participants will receive materials, incentives and might be eligible to receive a stipend. Join us for one or all of the sessions in this 6-week series. 4Cs Children’s Book Club for Providers: Building Your Child Care Book Library 4/17/2025
Join us for our children's Book Club! Welcome to FCC providers in Southern Alameda County (Castro Valley, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo and Union City). Participants will receive book packages once they complete sessions. We help you promote empathy, diversity, and inclusion. Build your children’s book library and the tools to implement them into your childcare program! All participants are encouraged to use the educational incentive for the children in their care and to build up their early literacy library in their program and at home.
*Due to the shipping cost, participants welcome to make an appointment pick up book package and inclusion materials.
